Does NIMS issue ADOSH-SF certification?
No. ADOSH-SF registration, Code of Practice compliance and any formal audit run through ADPHC and the relevant Sector Regulatory Authority directly. We deliver training and support that can be structured to align with the applicable Codes of Practice, but the certification and registration process itself is administered by the authority, not by a training provider.
How do I know which ADOSH-SF Code of Practice applies to my business?

What is CICPA and when do we need it?
CICPA clearance is a security and competency clearance specific to Abu Dhabi’s critical infrastructure and energy sector, required for contractor and personnel access to many ADNOC and related sites. If your work involves ADNOC operating companies, offshore or onshore energy assets, or facilities in the Ruwais or Al Dhafra corridor, CICPA clearance is frequently the gatekeeper for site access — ahead of and alongside any ADOSH-SF training requirement.
Do ADNOC contractor requirements differ from ADOSH-SF?
They can, and where they do, the ADNOC or operating company specification is usually the stricter and more binding one for that specific contract. ADOSH-SF sets the emirate-wide baseline; ADNOC and its operating companies layer their own contractor HSE specifications on top for work within their ecosystem.
